One problem that some users are facing is blurred text showing in multiple apps or in just a handful of them. If you think this has anything to do with the app version you’re running, think again. It’s actually Windows 10 trying to make things look ‘better’ for you on your screen. To see Windows 10 text clearly in proper color rather than grey, it is wise to turn on and then change ClearType on Windows 10. This ClearType option is the font technology to render almost all Windows-based program texts into readable and comfortable ones. In Windows 10, the command prompt window and its text behave like a regular resizable window. It can be freely resized and the text will reflow automatically. In all previous versions of Windows, the command prompt window was hard to resize to the exact size you wanted.

I've been trying the app on Windows 10 on my backup tablet (ASUS VivoTab Smart ME something-or-other) for a while now, and I'm hitting an issue that might relate to a need for a graphics driver update (Intel don't seem to be bothering with Win10 just yet, at least not for my device). The text on the main screen (and all menus) is invisible, so I can't see what I'm choosing. Has anyone else encountered this, and is there a solution?I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.As a side note, I've also been using it on Windows 10 Mobile and it seems to work well there. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.Attachments(185.92 KiB) Not downloaded yet.

I'm currently installing build 10162. Other than installing new builds when released, I'll await new graphics drivers. You're right about other oddities. The Edge browser and notification area seem to be the main culprits as well as this app. I don't know enough about graphics drivers to pin-point the exact issue and why it affects some things and not others. In the short term, switching between the standard and night themes seems to help, if anyone else encounters the same issue, but this needs to be done on each restart of the app.

Keep it civil and on topic. Hey everyone,I'm currently having a weird issue with Windows 10. Sometimes when opening a right click context menu (Such as right clicking a file, the desktop or the start button), it appears as only partially rendered, or completely glitched (See screenshots).Im running a clean install (build 10240 all updates). Graphics Driver is up to date. Already tried to disable all background processes with no luck.Anyone has an idea what it could be or having a similar issue?

Any idea how to find the problem?Screenshots:. So I was having this problem also. Got really frustrated and did a fresh install.

Still had no luck. Contextual menus doing the same thing, just blank.I even had a problem with the graph For transferring files. When I noticed that when I moved the transfer file window to my main monitor, all the suddenly this problem was solved. So I moved the taskbar to my main monitor( was on a second monitor, and the right click menus were all fixed. I examined the setting between two monitors in display setting.

The second monitor had the 'change size of text' option at 125%. When i turned this to 100% like the main monitor, everything is fixed. Hope this helps. Don't really understand why this was causing the problem for me.
