IMPORTANT UPDATE 2017/9/7: If you have a new PC with the newest Microsoft update/software, you should be able to find Forge in the store in order to download. Doing The Anniversary step is only necessary if you have a older computer, and you can't find Forge in the store.
So make sure that you have the latest update when it comes to Window 10, and you should be able to find it in the store, as shown in the video.
